Asus ROG Cyprus S17, 11th General Intel Core H-Series Processors Announced ROG Cyprus M16 Gaming Laptops


The Asus ROG Cyprus S17 and Asus ROG Cyprus M16 gaming laptops have been unveiled at the Virtual Fourth Hour launch event. Both new laptops are powered by Intel Core 11-General H-Series processors. Also, Asus ROG Flow X13, ROG Zephyrus M16, ROG Zephyrus G14, ROG Zephyrus G15, ROG Strix G15, ROG Strix G17, TUF Dash F15, TUF Gaming A15, TUF Gaming A17, TUF Gaming F15, and TUF Gaming.

The new Asus ROG Cypress S17 Premium Gaming Laptop comes with a rising optical mechanical keyboard for better heat dissipation. The new AAS Plus cooling system lifts the keyboard at a 5 degree angle and opens wide openings that allow the new Arc Flow fans to quietly draw cooling air into the laptop. The Cypress S17 is powered by the 11th General Intel Core i9-11900h processor, which is capable of using up to 90W of power in short bursts. Additionally, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 GPU is up to 140W with dynamic boost. It has up to 16GB of on-board RAM and 2TB of SSD storage.

The Asus ROG Cypress S17 features a 17.3-inch QHD DTS panel with an upgrade rate of 165 Hz. Connectivity options include WiFi 6, Bluetooth v5.5, two USB Type-C ports, 3 USB Type-A ports, HDMI 2.0, 3.5mm mic jack combo, SD reader, LAN Includes RJ-45 jack. Along with the Asus ROG Cyprus S17, the company also introduced the Asus ROG Cyprus M16 gaming laptop. It features a 16-inch WQHD display inside an ultra-slim 15-inch chassis. The display comes with 165 Hz refresh rate, 3MS response time, adaptive sync, 16:10 aspect ratio, 100 percent across cinema-grade DCI-B3 color range and pontoon-verified colors and Dolby Vision support.

The Asus ROG Cypress M16 also comes with a 90Whr battery that claims to provide 10 hours of video playback.

The Asus Cyprus M16 is powered by the latest processors from the 11th General Intel Core i9-11900H. There are up to GeForce RTX 3070 GPUs that offer higher frame rates. The Cypress M16 is available with the new GeForce RTX3050D laptop GPU. The board has up to 48GB RAM and 2TB SSD.

The Cypress M16 has ROG intelligent cooling and a six-speaker system with dual power-canceling woofers for better sound quality. The laptop supports Dolby Atmos technology. The 3D mic sequence captures clear audio, and the two-way AI noise cancellation eliminates background noise.

The Cypress M16 is 19.9 mm thin and weighs 1.9 kg. The laptop runs on Windows 10 Pro and has a stealth type keyboard with a zonal RGB or white backlight. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.5, 720p HD webcam, a Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, a microSD slot, and an HDM. .I 2.0, 3.5mm combo jack, Kenningston lock, RJ45 jack. The company has not yet announced the price and availability of the two laptops. They should vary in terms of regions. Asus has announced that it will not be launching any new ROG laptops in the Indian market in the future, and this will be compatible with the Zebras S17 and Zebras M16.
